To make your booking
Bookings can be made by e-mail or telephone. To confirm your booking you will need to pay a deposit (if booking prior to 8 weeks before your arrival date) or the full amount if booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date. The deposit for all bookings is 25% of your total payment.
How to pay
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque.
Paying by Cheque
Please reserve your place before sending a cheque. Reservations can be made by e-mail or telephone UK (44) (0) 1274 530313.
Cheques should be made payable to 'MB Alps Ltd' and sent to:
MB Alps, 12 Victoria Park, Shipley, W.Yorkshire, England, BD18 4RL
Please include with your cheque your name, address, details of your booking and any specific dietary requirements you may have.
On receiving your payment you will be sent a receipt of payment and confirmation of your booking.
Paying by Bank Transfer
If you would like to pay by bank transfer please contact us for further details.Final payment
Final payments should be made 8 weeks prior to your booking. We do not issue an invoice for this payment but will give you a call should you forget.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel then the following charges will be incurred and should be reclaimed through your insurance.
Before 56 days before departure Deposit only payable
Before 56 and 30 days prior to departure 50% of holiday costs payable
Within 30 days of departure 100% of holiday costs payable
Booking Conditions
Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis and provisional bookings must be confirmed.
Holiday Insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised.
The Hirer must be over 21 years of age.
The Chalet will be available for occupation from 17.00 pm on the first day of the Hire Period.
The Chalet must be vacated by 10.30 am on the last day of the hire period, or by 12.00 if the hirer is cleaning the chalet.
The White Chalet do not accept any responsibility for any accident, damage or loss to the person or property of the hirer or the hirer's party during the hire Period.
The Hirer shall pay for all damages, losses and breakages incurred during the hire Period.
In consideration of others, noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
The Chalet is let for holiday purposes only.
The following conditions apply to self catered bookings onlyThe number of persons using the Chalet must not exceed that stated on the Booking Form unless permission has been given by the owners.
Security Charge and Extra cleaning costs. We will require a cheque for £1000.00 as a security deposit in case of damages. Should there be no damage then we will return the cheque at the end of the week.
There is a replacement charge of 15 euros for any lost keys.
